XchangeCRM 2009 for FE Colleges
Our core product, XchangeCRM 2009, is a Customer Relationship Management tool that has been designed exclusively for the commercial arm of FE Colleges i.e. Business/ Employer Engagement/ Workforce Development Units.
Around five years ago Tineke Ltd was commissioned by the Workforce Development Department at an East Midlands based college to develop a system to combat communication problems inherent externally; communication between the college and employers. And also internally; information not shared across college, but instead stored departmentally. In-depth research revealed a substantial number of colleges were experiencing the same internal and external communication problems with employers. Moreover many did not have any sort of computerised system to track contact and interaction with employers.
Based on this information Tineke Ltd developed a Customer Relationship Management system specific to the needs of FE colleges in tracking employer engagement activities.
XchangeCRM is dynamic in nature and frequently evolves by working closely with the colleges that have it. Indeed it is the college’s involvement that makes it possible to modify and continuously improve system functionality. The Software provides a cost effective and accurate method of collecting, maintaining and analysing employer and learner data and activity with them that is accessible and easily shared across teams, departments, and management.
The CRM System portfolio also includes XCRM Online. This is a web-enabled version of XchangeCRM that is particularly useful to staff that visit employers, those that work off-site or from home and require fast, easy access to the database.
XchangeCRM and XCRM Online enable organisations to not only capture employer data but quantify the level of activity with employers using their services and assess the quality of service as perceived by the employer. Both systems are easy to navigate around, flexible yet powerful administrative and analytical management tools.
