Q. What operating system/application platform is XchangeCRM built on?

A. The front-end of the system is build in VB.NET and the back-end is SQL Server 2000/2005.

Q. What operating platform must the college be on for XchangeCRM to be installed?

A. Operating System: Windows 98, 2000, NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3 or later, Windows XP, Windows Vista

Q. Is there a limit to the number of users' that can use XchangeCRM?

A. Since the back-end of the Software is SQL based, there is no limit to the number of people that can use the system.

Q. Would I have to pay to see a demonstration and would I have to visit your office?

A. Not at all! Demonstrations are completely free of charge and you are under no obligation to purchase our systems. We make the journey to your premises no matter where you are based in the UK. This hopefully makes it easier for you to invite colleagues along to watch the demonstration.

A. We differentiate from other CRM/database system providers in that our products has been developed, exclusively, with Colleges of Further Education in mind. Sure there are some fully featured CRM systems out in the market place today, but we feel XchangeCRM and the XCRM Online versions is more specific and relevant to colleges informational needs.
