About Us
Tineke Ltd was established in March 2003 by founder and Managing Director Viv Oliver.
The Company started out primarily in the Further Education (FE) sector with its flagship product XchangeCRM. As the Company has grown, so too has its products and services portfolio. The team consists of highly competent technical and experienced developers, graphic designers, consultants, project managers, trainers and marketing/sales effort. There are effectively two technical divisions namely the database development division and web development division.
The Company Head Quarters is in Nottingham, East Midlands with a satellite office in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. We operate nationwide with clients up and down the country.

Tineke Ltd employs a diverse workforce whereby each person is a specialist in their own field. As an employer that encourages creative flair and forward-thinking; clients can expect a product and service that has their requirements and satisfaction at the heart of every aspect.

Regardless of background; Viv is keen to harness the talent of anyone who shows a real interest and commitment. Since the Company started in 2003; the same members of staff have remained loyal.
Viv is also a Director of a company, called VIVANT Mentoring, set up to help young disadvantaged people through education, mentoring and sport. He also sits on the Board of Governors at an inner city academy school in Nottingham.
Outside of work, Viv is an accomplished Masters Athletics Athlete competing at world level. He represents Great Britain in the 100m, 200m, 400m and relays. Viv has picked up numerous gold medals and broken records throughout his athletics career; he is still going very strong.
